Su Jia Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Yixing, China, a famous "City of Ceramics" on the coast of Taihu Lake with beautiful scenery, is a high-tech enterprise with local professional environmental protection brand providing machine and equipment for treating waste water, exhaust gas, and waste residue. At present, relying on technical strength and traditional advantages, the Company changes with each passing day in the competitive market economy. The registered capital of the enterprise is 82.8 million yuan. Now there are three main workshops and two assembly workshops, covering an area of 18,000 square meters. Besides, the Company has more than 160 employees, 30 technicians, and nearly 60 sets of various mechanical equipment, with a total value of fixed assets of more than 58 million yuan and working capital of more than 70 million yuan. Over the past few years, the Company has cooperated with more than 100 scientific research units and colleges and universities all over the country, continuously digested and absorbed new processes, new technologies, and new equipment in the environmental protection industry, accumulated rich experience in equipment manufacturing, installation and debugging, and can provide various water treatment environmental protection data for various user units, obtaining good social and economic benefits.

Quality Assurance System
A perfect and sound quality assurance system is the guarantee of enterprise products. Our Company has fully absorbed the advanced experience at home and abroad and formulated a complete set of quality control and guarantee system, which has been conscientiously and effectively implemented in the whole process of equipment manufacturing.
The enterprises strive for survival by quality and development by new products. Technology, supply, quality inspection, installation, and debugging are all implemented following the quality certification regulations, and a quality management network with the check at each level and three-dimensional intersections is implemented.
The Technical Department is divided into four professional groups: equipment, process, electricity, and automatic control, which cooperate to complete the design of each engineering project jointly. CAD aided design system is adopted to complete all technical drawings and data, making the design more standard and reasonable and providing a better basis for production technology preparation to ensure product quality.
The procurement of various raw and auxiliary materials is jointly completed by the Supply Department and the Raw and Auxiliary Material Quality Inspection Department. Our Company has formulated a set of inspection requirements and methods for various raw and auxiliary materials and is equipped with appropriate inspection equipment. We strictly abide by the "ZBJ98004-87" incoming inspection standards for raw materials of water treatment equipment, define the purchase channels, establish a file system, and prevent fake, inferior, and defective materials from entering the production process. The raw materials' storage is strictly classified and stored according to the materials' physical and chemical properties. Special materials are stored in the special material warehouse to avoid quality problems caused by the external environment during storage and affecting product quality. During the manufacturing process of the equipment, the product production process is formulated according to the specialization of work, and the manufacturing standards for each process are implemented to people. Each process is checked and connected and is strictly implemented under the requirements of "JB2932-86". Moreover, we implement the process of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and general inspection by the Quality Inspection Department, establish a card-type quality flow record system, keep the inspection data on file, issue product certificates, and ensure after-sales follow-up service.
